Sportbar.casino is an independent editorial project operated from the Netherlands. It is run by a three-person editorial team — Mark Richter (editor-in-chief), Den Ivko (senior casino analyst) and Kamila Stock (slots and game content) — not by a casino operator or a marketing network. We hold no ownership stake in any gambling company we review, and no operator holds one in us. The site earns affiliate commissions when readers register through our links; that arrangement is disclosed on every review and, as our editorial policy spells out, has no route into the scores.

What to write to us about
Factual corrections. If a review states a bonus, fee, limit or licensing detail that no longer matches reality, tell us — a link or screenshot speeds things up. Verified corrections are our fastest queue: the fix usually goes live within days, and the "last updated" date on the page moves with it.
Methodology questions. How the 0–100 score is built, why a casino lost points, what a specific deduction means — most answers are on the rating methodology page. If yours isn't, ask; questions we can't answer from that page usually end up expanding it.
Operators. Casinos may submit verifiable updates about their own terms, payments or licensing the same way as readers, with documentation. We do not sell score improvements and do not take payment for reviews — the rating comes from the documented criteria, and a commercial relationship does not change it.
What we cannot help with
We are not a casino and not a regulator. We cannot unlock accounts, release pending withdrawals or resolve disputes with operators. If you have a dispute: contact the casino's own support first and keep screenshots of everything; if the casino holds a real licence, the licensing authority's complaints process is your escalation path. Our methodology page explains the four most common causes of delayed withdrawals — checking those resolves the majority of cases we hear about.
