Two things are missing at Lizaro, and neither is cosmetic. First, there's no gaming licence — the Kansspelautoriteit hasn't authorised this operator, and there's no link to CRUKS, the Dutch self-exclusion system. Other unlicensed brands at least carry a couple of years of payout history to judge them by; this one doesn't have that yet.

That is five times the package this review described in June, and it is worth saying plainly what a number that size means — it is the ceiling of four separate deposit bonuses added together, reachable only by someone depositing roughly €16,000 of their own money in four goes. Here is the split, read off the promotion's own terms page on 6 September 2026:

The terms have moved in the player's favour on one point and against it on another. Wagering is now 20x on bonus plus deposit, down from the 35x this page reported in June, with free-spin winnings still at 40x and the same 10-day clock. The max bet while a bonus is active is €100 — unusually generous; most casinos in this tier cap it at €5, and a €5 rule is what we found here before. Higher max bet plus lower wagering makes the package materially easier to clear than it was.

Then comes the clause that decides everything: the most you can move from a bonus into real money is 10x the bonus amount, and free-spin winnings are capped separately at €50 for packs of up to 50 spins and €100 above that. So the €16,000 headline is not the number to plan around. Take the first deposit on its own — €2,500 of bonus needs €10,000 wagered at 20x, and can release at most €25,000. This is where the "made for the Netherlands" pitch falls apart, and it falls apart harder than we wrote in June. Lizaro still doesn't take iDEAL, which in a country where iDEAL is the default way to pay for anything online ends the conversation for a lot of players on its own. But open the cashier's country selector and the picture gets blunter: it offers 117 countries and the Netherlands is not among them. Not "no iDEAL for Dutch players" — no Netherlands.
